Wesley Fleming assists clients with a variety of environmental compliance services including EHS compliance management and multimedia permitting, reporting, and auditing. He also specializes in providing clients with custom software and technology solutions for various applications, which are centered around workﬂow management (tracking), data management, and increased eﬃciency and transparency. His highlighted sector expertise is in the metals industry, where he has provided comprehensive environmental compliance management and due diligence investigation. Fleming leads the team at KERAMIDA responsible for producing the written reports under ISRI’s SREA Reasonable Care Compliance Program. He and his team investigate nearly 2,000 unique sites and produce over 6,000 total reports each year. Fleming holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, where he also received a minor in Environmental and Ecological Engineering, and an M.A. in Teaching from Marian University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.

Compliance Overview of Federal 2021 Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial Stormwater Discharges
As state and federal stormwater permitting programs become more robust, it is critical for the recycled materials industry to understand its obligations and prepare strategies to maintain ongoing compliance. This session will provide an overview of EPA’s 2021 Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for industrial stormwater discharges and its applicability to the recycled materials industry. Attendees will gain strategies to maintain compliance through the implementation of stormwater control measures and best management practices (BMPs). Topics will include effluent limitations, impaired waters, inspections and assessments, sampling and monitoring, and corrective actions.
