What is the official venue for ISRI2023?

A parking garage is located at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access (P3) is at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street with auxiliary access (P1 & P2) along 6th Avenue. Parking rates are charged.

I’m not able to walk as much as I used to. How can I rent a scooter to improve my mobility around the convention center?

Scooters are not available for rent at the convention center. Please contact mobility equipment companies directly to inquire about scooter rental needs.


What are the dates and times of the ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition?

ISRI Governance Meetings take place Saturday, April 15 through Monday, April 17. These meetings are open to ISRI members only.

ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition takes place from Monday, April 17 through Thursday, April 20.



How do I manage my contact preferences & reach out to other attendees?

A list of pre-registered, consenting attendees for the ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition is available online to all registered attendees. The list is available via the ISRI Networking Center (https://isri2023.expotracker.net/networkingcenter). To access the center, you will need your email address and the password you created when registering for the convention. If you have forgotten the password, the system provides a link to retrieve it.

The attendee list is updated on a daily basis. It is ISRI policy not to release any e-mail addresses of its attendees or exhibitors. The final post-show attendee list can be downloaded at the ISRI Networking Center.

Get the most out of your registration by using the ISRI Networking Center to schedule meetings with existing and prospective customers at the ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition. Now that you have registered for the show, you will be able to log in to the ISRI Networking Center and send requests to other attendees to set up meetings in the exhibit hall and other specified locations.

How do I know if my company is an ISRI member?

To find out the member status of a company review the ISRI Member Directory or contact Membership@isri.org.

My company is not a member, can I receive the member rate?

Yes, if your company is eligible for membership, they can join ISRI by contacting membership@isri.org. Once the company joins, all company employees are eligible for the member rate, other ISRI2023 member-only benefits, and all the advantages throughout the year.

Does ISRI offer group discounts?

No, group discounts are not available.

How do I pay by check?

If paying by check, please register online and complete your registration up to the point of payment. Send your check, payable to ISRI, by mail or courier identifying all registrants covered by the payment to: ISRI2023 Convention and Exposition, PO Box 75245, Baltimore MD 21275-5245. Note that checks are NOT accepted for payment onsite.

How do I pay by wire transfer?

As with checks, please register online and complete your registration up to the point of payment.

You can then wire funds – with fees prepaid – marking the payment with the name(s) of registrant(s). Please contact Eugene Angoue, Staff Accountant, at eangoue@isri.org or +1-202-662-8521 for more detailed instructions.

Why have I not received a registration confirmation or receipt?

When you register, the registration system automatically sends an email to the email address you provided in your registration. Please ask your IT expert to whitelist ISRI.org and Expotracker.net. You should also check your spam and clutter filters to ensure the email was not trapped before reaching your inbox.

If you are unable to find your registration receipt after these steps, please contact Convention@isri.org. Provide your name, company, address, phone, and email. We will research your registration to make sure it has been completed and, if so, will send a duplicate receipt.

How do I get my registration confirmation resent to me?

How do I register for the Governance meetings only?

To register to attend the Board of Directors and committee meetings, contact the meetings department at Convention@isri.org or call (202) 662-8555

How do I cancel a registration? Do I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

ISRI will provide a full refund for convention registration cancellations made prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern US Time on March 10, 2023, minus an administrative fee. For registration fees of less than $500, the administrative fee is $50. For registration fees of $500 or more, the administrative fee is $100. For cancellations made after March 10, 2023, ISRI will provide a refund of fifty percent of the registration fee. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Convention@isri.org on or before May 4, 2023. Click here to read ISRI’s complete cancellation policy.

I can no longer attend and would like to send someone in my place. How can I substitute another person for my registration?

To make a registration substitution please send the request in writing to Convention@isri.org. Please include in the email the following information:

  • original registration first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and the original registration confirmation number.
  • substitution attendee’s first and last name, email address, and phone number.


Substitutions can be made at onsite registration, but please allow for extra time at registration as this transaction takes several minutes to complete.

I misplaced my badge; how do I get a replacement?

A misplaced badge or lost badge may be replaced by visiting the convention registration desk at Music City Center, 3rd level. The fee to replace a misplaced or lost badge is the applicable member or nonmember onsite registration rate.

Is there a children’s admission policy for ISRI2023?

Yes, children aged 2-16 must have a full conference registration to attend ISRI2023. Children not registered for the convention will only be given the opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall after 2 p.m. each day. Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a registered adult or guardian. Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit areas.

How do I register if I am a speaker?

Speakers will receive a confirmation letter directly from ISRI with guidelines on the speaker registration procedure. If you have questions, please contact Paula Pagano, ISRI Director of Education, at ppagano@isri.org.


Does ISRI2023 offer hotel options near the Music City Center?

Yes, ISRI has negotiated discounted room rates with several conveniently located hotels near the convention center. Please visit the Hotels & Travel section and hotel map to choose the property best for you.

ISRI secured a limited number of rooms at hotels which are available on a first come first served basis and while supplies last. Reservations in this “ISRI block” are not guaranteed with convention registration nor required to attend. If the ISRI block is full on the days you are searching, please consider checking back as availability changes daily, contacting the hotels directly for availability at their standard rate, or reserving using a travel booking site such as www.hotels.com. Nashville has several hotels within a 4-block radius of the convention.

Discounted hotel rates have been negotiated exclusively for ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition registrants. To take advantage of the discounted rates, reservations must be made on or before March 10, 2023, using ISRI’s housing system https://isri2023.expotracker.net/housing

Prior to March 10, 2023, all changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made through ISRI’s housing service. After March 10, 2023, changes or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel you have selected.

As with list scams, beware of individuals offering assistance booking hotel rooms. Many of these offers are not legitimate and attendees who have used them have found themselves without reservations when they arrive at the event. The only authorized location for booking hotel rooms at the special ISRI rates is through the ISRI convention website at http://www.ISRI2023.org and our official housing system https://isri2023.expotracker.net/housing

When will I see a charge to my credit card for my hotel reservation?

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. This amount will appear on your credit card statement on or about March 2023. If you cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

I am a government employee, how do I receive the government room rate at an ISRI blocked hotel?

Contact any of the hotels within the ISRI room block directly to see if there is availability for the government rate. You may need to look outside of the ISRI contracted hotels to find this rate.

Is there transportation from the hotels to Music City Center?

Fortunately, ISRI’s hotels and Music City Center are all located within a 3-block radius. Shuttle service is not needed or provided for the exhibit hall.


How do I obtain a letter of invitation for my visa application?

Depending on your citizenship, you many need a visa to travel to the United States to attend ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition.

Individuals requiring a visa must first purchase a convention registration. Once the payment has been processed, a confirmation will be returned to the email address included on the registration form.

Letters of invitation for ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition may be requested only after you have registered and paid. Requests for letters of invitation should include the following and be emailed to:

What are the COVID policies in place at ISRI2023?

Safety is a core value at ISRI. This applies equally to your operations and all ISRI2023 Convention & Exposition events. Following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the State of Tennessee, masks are not currently required for individuals in indoor public spaces in Tennessee. ISRI will continue to monitor CDC and state guidelines and requirements and update this site accordingly.


What is the dress code at the convention?

Attire is business casual. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket in case the temperature in the convention center and exhibit hall is too cool for you. Closed toe shoes are required for individuals attending off-site manufacturing and yard tours.

What do I need to get into the exhibit hall and sessions?

You should wear your badge and carry a photo ID with you for all convention activities. Your badge allows event security to identify what events you are eligible to attend. Photo ID will be required at all ISRI-hosted events so you should always have it available.

Am I allowed to take photos in the Exhibit Hall?

Photography in the exhibit hall is limited. As a courtesy, please ask an exhibitor before taking photos of equipment and displays in their area. Photography is only allowed during the official open hours of the exhibit hall. Photography during set-up, breakdown, and after hours is strictly prohibited and can result in the loss of convention credentials.

If I receive an email solicitation from anyone claiming they can sell me access to an authentic ISRI2023 attendee list is that legitimate?

Be aware of scams. ISRI does not sell attendee lists. Anyone claiming they have a list of attendees to this event and is selling it is not being truthful. If you are interested in seeing attendees, you can do so after registering by logging into the registration page and going to the Networking Center. ISRI Connect, the ISRI mobile app, will also have a list of attendees that will be available to those registered several weeks before the convention.
