
Todd Foreman
Director of Law Enforcement Outreach, ISRI
Todd Foreman began his career in law enforcement in 1993 as a correction officer in a state prison in Virginia. In 1996, he moved to policing and started working for the Bedford Police Department. He worked through all the positions and ranks of the department and in 2014 he was appointed Chief of Police of the Bedford Police Department. He attended the FBI National Academy 237th Session in 2009 and attended the Senior Management Institute for Policing Session 79 through the Police Executive Research Forum in 2021. He holds a Master of Arts Degree from Liberty University. In 2022, Foreman retired from policing and accepted a position with ISRI as the Director of Law Enforcement Outreach.
