Michael C. Kennedy is the COO and founder of Empire Consulting, LLC. Kennedy launched the company in 2004 to service the transportation industry for drug & alcohol testing. With his guidance and shared experiences, Empire Consulting has become a trusted source for DOT regulations, background checks, and 24/7 call to action scenarios for the transportation industry. As the need for drug testing grew in other industries, Empire Consulting adapted and provided additional services with background checks and online portals to give clients better ways to manage their random testing, store driver files, and improve screening requirements for new applicants. Kennedy currently lives in Connecticut and services local and national accounts. Married for 23 years to his wife Andrea and the President of Empire Consulting, they share the rewarding life events of raising three boys.
