Melissa Frangiosa is a Certified Director of Safety with 16 years of experience in a corporate transportation environment. She provides leadership and change management as it relates to safety and compliance, driver qualification, policies and procedures, measured incident improvement, and implementing a safety culture. She completed and passed five onsite DOT audits and maintains close relationships with the DOT and FMCSA to ensure continued compliance and understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations. Frangiosa also specializes in developing safety strategies to reduce CSA scores and identified significant cost savings opportunities.
