Dr Ryan Nolte is ISRI's senior director of safety outreach At ISRI, where he helps members with safety compliance and regulatory updates. He has led development of ISRI's popular Organizational Culture and Safety Success class, as well as provided outreach training for Material Handler and Powered Industrial Vehicle Train-the-Trainer. He previously worked at two metal recycling companies, holding roles in operations and as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for a total of 18 years. He has worked in brass rod production, automotive, plastics, and battery making industries. Ryan holds a Master of Science from Indiana State University in Occupational Health and Safety and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
