Rick Arrington is a retired police lieutenant, crime prevention expert, published author, and retired prevention subject-matter expert and program manager of the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has more than 40 years of experience in crime prevention and criminal justice. As the owner of the Crime Prevention Center for Training and Services, LLC, he focuses on proactive solutions to prevent crime. He serves on both ISRI's law enforcement advisory board and the International Association of Chiefs of Police crime prevention committee.
